Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Call Center Officer at Liberty Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone. This is a work-from-home position based in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. 3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. 4. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve team goals. 6. Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with strong communication skills. 2. Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong time management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. 6. Ability to work part-time hours and be flexible with scheduling. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
