Job Description:
MMI Holdings is seeking a reliable and driven Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services 3. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner 4. Capture and update customer information in the database 5. Follow call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service 6. Meet and exceed call center metrics and performance goals 7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong attention to detail and time management skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home 8. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection
