Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team at Alexander Forbes in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving any issues they may have. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues. 3. Providing accurate information to customers regarding products and services. 4. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Documenting all call information accurately in the company's database. 6. Meeting quality and productivity standards set by the company. 7. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. 2. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. 3. Analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues. 4. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 6.
