Job Description:
Anglo American Platinum is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, passionate, and possess strong soft skills such as persuasion and creativity.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests. 2. Provide information about products and services, resolve customer issues, and process orders. 3. Meet or exceed daily call volume and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize CRM software to accurately record and track customer interactions and data. 5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall call center performance. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services to customers when appropriate.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. 6. Availability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
