Job Description:
The Foschini Group is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and complaints - Utilize company systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on issues - Meet targets for call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance - Collaborate with team members and management to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company guidelines and policies for data security and customer privacy - Participate in training sessions and skill-building activities to enhance your performance in the role
Requirements: - Resilient and driven attitude to handle high call volumes and challenging customer interactions - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment - Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Comfortable working remotely with company-provided equipment and maintaining a professional work environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software for call center operations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications are a plus
