Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dedicated and independent Call Center Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads. 3. Providing information about our products and services to potential customers. 4. Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. 6. Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company. 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software. 4. Persuasion skills to upsell products or services. 5. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Able to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service in every interaction.
