Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

As a Call Center Specialist at Mr Price Group in Durban, Kwazulu Natal, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support over the phone. Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls - Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product and company knowledge - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements: - No prior experience required - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented and organized - Innovative and adaptable to change - Basic computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent
