Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: Clicks Group is currently seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
