Chat Support Assistant

The Foschini Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general support - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills to work well with team members and customers - Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus
