Job Description:

Kumba Iron Ore is looking for a motivated and passionate Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the mining industry.

Responsibilities: - Providing chat support to customers and clients - Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Teamwork and people management skills - Proficiency in using chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent
