Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Clicks Group in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chats.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Creativity in problem-solving and analysis of customer needs - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Energetic and positive attitude towards work - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
