Job Description:

Truworths International is seeking a motivated and adaptable Chat Support Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and returns - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information through written messages - Project management skills to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions - Ability to adapt to changing situations and problem-solve on the spot
