Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat channels. This is a part-time entry-level position requiring no prior experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Adaptability to changing customer demands and inquiries. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms.
