Job Description:
As a Chat Support Associate at Vodacom Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through online chat platforms. Your primary role will be to assist customers with any issues or inquiries they may have regarding products or services offered by the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner via chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their concerns and addressing them effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Independent and motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 5. Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
