Job Description:
Mr Price Group is seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with a drive to provide exceptional customer service through chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. 2. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and trust. 3. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support. 5. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to relay information accurately and efficiently. 6. Meet performance metrics and targets related to customer satisfaction and response times. 7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. 4. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 5. Proficient in using chat support software and navigating online platforms. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
