Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Shoprite Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers through chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through chat communication - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers - Assisting customers with product recommendations and order processing - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Conducting research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and customer information

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat communication tools and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
