Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Discovery Limited is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. We are looking for an individual who is just starting their career and has no previous experience, as this is an entry-level role.

As a Chat Support Associate, your responsibilities will include providing chat support to customers, resolving customer inquiries and issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

In addition to being dedicated and reliable, we are looking for candidates who possess strong time management and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
