Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Netcare is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. The Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency - Monitor chat support conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies - Provide coaching and feedback to chat support agents to help them improve their performance - Analyze chat support data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements - Collaborate with other departments to implement cross-functional initiatives that enhance the customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer service or chat support, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Emotional intelligence and creativity as soft skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
