Job Description:
As a Chat Support Officer at Mediclinic Southern Africa, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat platforms to patients and their families. You will need to have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to effectively communicate medical information in a clear and concise manner. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on medical procedures and services offered by the company.
Responsibilities: - Respond to chat inquiries from patients and their families in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information on medical procedures, services, and pricing - Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during chat interactions - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or healthcare industry - Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations with empathy and understanding - Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
