Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Liberty Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Officer to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the customer service industry and who possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback on customer trends and common issues to improve overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using chat support software and other online communication tools - Resilient and independent with the ability to work effectively under pressure - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
