Chat Support Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Mr Price Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. You will communicate with customers to answer their inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide product information.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Utilize chat support software and tools effectively to provide accurate and timely responses - Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with a positive attitude - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner - Ability to think creatively and strategize solutions for customer issues - Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is a plus but not required - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
