Chat Support Representative

Adcock Ingram is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Chat Support Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up with customers as needed.
