Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Chat Support Representative to join our team at Tiger Brands in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
Requirements: 1. Must be driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple chats simultaneously. 3. Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers in various situations. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. 5. Strong computer skills and proficiency in using chat support software. 6. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). 7. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
