We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Multichoice Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable and friendly service - Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
