Job Description:
MMI Holdings is seeking a passionate and adaptable Chat Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time, entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via chat support to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required, but a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn is essential. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on empathy and professionalism. 3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
