Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a passionate and adaptable Chat Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time, entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via chat support to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account setup, product information, and troubleshooting technical problems. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required, but a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn is essential. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on empathy and professionalism. 3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
