Chat Support Representative

Telkom SA is currently seeking a reliable and resourceful Chat Support Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Chat Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing customer support through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services - Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all chats - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilizing project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Demonstrating critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and address customer needs - Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
