Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who possess the personality traits of being energetic and confident.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer queries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Project manage customer support tasks to ensure timely resolution of issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong project management skills - Excellent research abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
