Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

MMI Holdings is seeking a motivated and dynamic Chat Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through online chat channels - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Comfortable using online chat platforms and technology - Adaptability and innovation in problem-solving - Ability to work part-time hours from a remote location
