Chat Support Representative - Work from home

At Gold Fields, we are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA, with the opportunity for entry-level professionals to gain valuable experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through chat platforms, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and solving problems in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Tech-savvy with experience using chat platforms and other customer support tools - Must be driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
