Chat Support Representative - Work from home

The Foschini Group is seeking a reliable and passionate Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers 3. Assist with online ordering, payments, and returns 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills 2. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively 3. Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for customers 4. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with team members 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Reliable internet connection and home office setup
