Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals who are driven and reliable, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to find solutions and information for customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by Investec - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent research skills - Must be reliable and able to work under pressure - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office applications
