Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Standard Bank Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical issues - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and resolution time
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
