Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Adcock Ingram is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers via online platforms 2. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Meet performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and reliable individual who can work independently 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications 6. Experience in customer service or support role 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and potentially on weekends or evenings
