Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Holdings in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer support industry.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner - Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general support - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Assisting with other duties as needed to support the customer support team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong adaptability and presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
