Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, possess critical thinking skills, and be able to cooperate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Answer customer queries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. 3. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference. 5. Assist in training new team members as needed. 6. Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
