Job Description:
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at Woolworths Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires zero years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through online chat. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, account inquiries, and technical issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, promotions, and policies. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution.
