Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

MTN South Africa is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong research skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist with maintaining and building client relationships remotely - Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client preferences - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and team members - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain client databases and update contact information as needed - Provide general administrative support to the client relations team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and adaptable personality - Attention to detail and strong research skills - Ability to work remotely and collaborate with team members virtually
