Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Mr Price Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with information and assistance as needed - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any issues they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to existing clients - Assist in the development of client retention strategies - Support the Client Relations Manager with various tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent analysis skills to identify client needs and preferences - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and upsell products or services - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
