Job Description:
Massmart Holdings is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various client inquiries and requests. This role is at the Associate Level and requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Address client inquiries and provide timely and relevant information - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively identify and address potential client concerns or opportunities - Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and feedback - Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve client communication and service processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding client relations and data privacy
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field - Proven experience in client relations or customer service roles - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients remotely - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in remote communication tools and CRM software - Adaptable and resilient attitude towards challenges and changing circumstances - Emotional intelligence and leadership skills to navigate complex client interactions - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
