Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Rand Merchant Investment Holdings is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing client relationships and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. 3. Provide administrative support to the client relations team, including maintaining client records and preparing reports. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services. 6. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to proactively address any issues that may arise. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve our services.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and resilient personality traits to effectively navigate challenging situations. 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex client issues. 3. Excellent cooperation and team collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues from various departments. 4. Experience in client relations or customer service roles preferred. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
