Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Remgro is currently seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and resourceful, with a passion for innovation and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for expanding client base - Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and events - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Must be driven, resourceful, and have a passion for innovation and creativity
