Job Description - Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Sasfin Bank is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Relations Assistant to work from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Associate Level team member, the Client Relations Assistant will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This part-time position requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Provide support to the Client Relations Manager in managing client accounts and transactions - Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other documents - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client satisfaction - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred


Personality Traits: - Dedicated to providing top-notch service to clients - Independent and able to work autonomously


Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills - Strong teamwork abilities
