Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

MTN South Africa is seeking a dynamic Client Relations Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in client relations and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with clients - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies - Provide support to the sales team in acquiring new clients - Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred - No prior experience required
