Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Sasfin Bank is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to meet their financial needs. You will work remotely, using innovative technology to connect with clients and deliver personalized solutions.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their main point of contact - Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions - Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet client needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proficiency in remote communication tools and technology - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Driven and independent personality traits - Creativity and presentation skills
