Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Associate to join our team at Barloworld in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns - Conduct research on client industries and market trends to better serve their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products or services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients - Resolve any client disputes or issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their accounts or projects - Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
