Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Tiger Brands is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Relations Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time Associate Level position, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and address any issues or concerns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients. 5. Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions and concerns. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Track client feedback and trends to improve overall client experience. 8. Meet and exceed set performance targets related to client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Problem-solving skills and a strong sense of teamwork. 7. Passion for working with clients and exceeding their expectations. 8. Resilient attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
