Client Relations Associate

Exxaro Resources is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand business opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and deliverables for clients - Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improvements - Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements: - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in client relations or related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
