Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Hilton in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to develop strategies to secure new clients - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and loyalty metrics and implement strategies to improve them - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client relationships and business development efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform client strategies - Travel to client meetings and industry events as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or sales - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Excellent presentation and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
