Job Description:
Netcare is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Client Relations Manager to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and driving business growth through client retention and expansion.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, and develop action plans to address areas of improvement - Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations - Analyze data and trends to provide insights for improving client relationships and overall business performance - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and project management abilities - Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Driven and energetic personality - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
