Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Vodacom Group is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and address any issues - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
